Pats fans insist they did not cheat, or had any wrong doing, the tapes were just destroyed, large fines levied, and a first round pick taken, and havent won since.........

To a certain extent. The shit BB was doing, is beyond what I think is successful. You just have to know the borderline, that was way past the borderline.

Exactly one dude cheating at a game is one thing but to orchestrate a large group of cheaters bilking the integrity of a whole league and everyone employed by it possibly risking everyone's livelihood in the process is simply not cool. I'm honestly surprised that more people don't understand the extent of exactly what BB did.....theres a reason why it's illegal to tape signals and why they penalized the pats to such a large extent.

WR pick plays which have all of a sudden become legal. Basically blocking down field before the pass is thrown.

A few years back the Dolphins beat the Patriots 21-0. 12/10/06, I was there. The fins knew every play call when Brady called the snap count. After the game, the dolphins admitted they had cheated. They electronically separated Brady's signal calling from tapes - eliminating all other noise! When Brady called the snap count, the fins took their defensive positions. This was cheating.....

Why is that cheating? The NFL employs a good number of people to record audio at games. Id hope Seattle has spent some energy on Mannings vocals.

It was illegal for the same reason spygate was illegal - the commish told them not to do it. Miami told the league they did it, that is why they were not punished. BB was told to stop and he did not, that is why he got punished.

But the key point is that they stopped doing it when it was found to be illegal whereas the pats used illegal measures to win 3 bowls and when told to stop BB wouldn't....he was like a person on crack it became an addiction to him. That’s the difference between your team and ours....

Were they recording audio themselves? Or just using the info available via NFL microphones? I honestly don't remember when this went down with Miami.
