Depends

If he stays at his current salary and gets injured it would be worse than him going somewhere else and being successful because it hurts the team more.

Idk i just get the feeling give him a better oline and change of place and he would lead a team over .500 which atleast gets you in the playoffs in certain conferences

Was an easy choice, since there really was only one viable option! Most decent teams already have a QB, Bradford is not leading the Rams or any other team anywhere, people just aren't getting it, he is an average QB at best! I would take almost any other average QB that doesn't get hurt all the time over Sammie, the proof is in the pudding and
Bradford= Pudding!

I think we're stuck between a rock and a hard place. We're not going to be in a good enough position to draft one of the top 2 quarterbacks and not sure any of the ones that are slotted to go in the 2nd round or later are going to be guys you want leading your team for the future.
But on the other hand, Bradford is the quarterback version of David Boston from over the decade ago... I think he has some talent but the guy can't stay on the field. Also, does anyone actually think that signing a guy like Hoyer or possibly Jake Locker is going to be an overall improvement?

There are so many angles to this of which includes our recent track record at whiffing at talent we need in the draft. Does anyone think that given the opportunity, the Rams under Snisher would take a top talent QB to bring in and actually develop? I think not. They'll whiff on the right player and they'll do it a number of times if our history dictates any prognosis.

Well since we know that the only way he comes back is if he takes the pay cut, I voted for leading another team to the playoffs. I am 100% sure that with the with Bradford healthy at QB this year, we win both Arizona games, The Philly game and the San Diego game putting us at 10-5 going into the matchup Sunday... deep in your heart you all know it is true.

Sorry, I would have to disagree! The defense lost the Philly game and pretty much the first Arizona game, I don't think Sammie would have overcome that! And who knows, if Sammie played against Sf and Sea we might have lost those games, I think we would probably be right about where we are now, maybe one more win, maybe one more loss:noidea:

Actually in the first AZ game we were winning in the 3rd quarter when Palmer went down and only down 17-13 when Davis threw 2 late INTS that turned into 14 points. That one was NOT on the defense. You might be right on the Philly game though. I sure as hell know he does not throw the INT in SD. And the defense won us the SF and Seattle games plus I think he does more on offense in those games than Hill or Davis.

Hell, we would have scored more than 7 points on Minnesota in week 1 too.

If he won't take a considerable pay cut, I could care less what does elsewhere.

Yes we were up until the defense got confused and gave up a long TD pass against Arizona, And their back up Qb, and Bradford is not known for his comeback "victories", so I still think we lose that game, the defense gave up the lead!

I agree Bradford probably doesnt screw up the SD game like Hill did, Seattle/SF games I don't see Bradford doing any better in those games than Davis did. 17-20 with 2TDs is pretty efficient against Sea, SF he did ok. And as SJ and I both think, Bradford doesn't move around and I don't think he would have added any more offense in either of those games against good defenses.

As always just my opinion!:suds:
