Remind me again…

Oh, that’s right… He sold himself out. Of course.

Probably a nice resort on some island you never heard about.

Are you trying to set a record for number of threads sent to fouled out or something.

Your weird obsession with old perceived slights takes up too much of your bandwidth. You claim to have matured as you aged, but there is really no sign of it on this site. I would say to the contrary, you at least used to put up some good basketball stuff, but now it is just old, hateful trolling of things from decades ago that you can't seem to let go of.

Well…

10 years ago he was wishing broken legs on PG.

So maybe some small maturation.

Baby steps!

Maybe a tiny bit as person, but not as a poster. He at one time actually had some interesting thoughts about actual basketball (whether you agreed with them or not).

I totally understand it, though. Derek Fisher asked the Jazz to release him because of his daughter, but then he moved farther away from his daughter‘s treatment center, and then when he came back, Jazz fans booed, which I would not have, and people act like it was because he made a decision “for his daughter.” He moved away and then I think since he show he’s not that standup of a guy.

But honestly, it’s not Fisher that peeves me, but rather the media who acted like we were really booing him for making a decision “for his family” when he literally did not. Besides, the Jazz would’ve gladly let him leave to attend to medical needs, and miss games if needed and still get paid. The Jazz benefited from the buyout, willingly did so, and weren’t have achieved anything by keeping him, so they’re not victims or anything, it’s just dishonest, and he did the same thing with Oklahoma City and his knees.

I think that you make a pretty valid point...sports grudges are easy to hang on to.

I think the difference though; is that cane is still clearly angry and talks about it like it just happened.

I remember when Kevin McHale clotheslined Kurt Rambis in the finals...which turned the series in the Celtics favor and cost the Lakers a possible title. Lakers fans were pissed for quite a while. But it only took a couple of years (and a couple of titles) and now it's looked on with nostalgia and even a little respect for what the C's were willing to do to win and what the Lakers learned from it.

Imo, the Lakers might not have won vs. the Bad Boy Pistons without McHale doing that.

He's taken over for Wiggy who has mostly stopped trolling the board like he used to. Pretty knowledgeable fans that lead with endless obsessive hater nonsense.
