LOL. True. I watched my old high school team play at an away game last week and one of our players air-balled it early on and the fans chanted it every fucking time he touched the ball afterwards.
We won though.

LOL...when I was in HS we would say crazy, hardcore shit to opponents' players. But what we did in pregame(when they announce lineups) is we would all have newspapers up in front of our faces and our backs turned. Then when they called the opponents names out we would say "sucks!" after.
Ex. Number 15 Ron Artest..."sucks" LOL

The reason I ask is last night one of our guards put up an air ball in the first half and probably had 10 points after that and they continued to heckle him...I always thought it was until he scored again

I went to a Tech game where an OU player air-balled a shot... everyone did the typical "air ball" chant for a while... the guy gets up to shoot free throws, chant is getting loud... the mother fucker air balls the first free throw!! lol he was ruined!
