Chevelle and a 67' Malibu? I haven't been able to find the answer. Same motor, same weight and same length. Yet, the Malibu is cheaper.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Malibu is a trim level of the Chevelle.
What's a "trim level?" Meaning no AC and power?

My father-in-law had a 1969 Beaumont, which was the Pontiac (GM) version of the Chevelle.
I truly wish I had it now. And even better it was a 4 door with the 350. While the 2 door models are the desired ones by most I think a 4 door would be close to unique.
I've got a 1995 SHO and a 1991 Super Coupe. I know which back seat I'd rather sit in or get in and out of.
That Beaumont could easily handle a 396 and today would be a real closet screamer.
Ha. The Beaumont was only sold in Canada. Was a Pontiac but had a Chevy 350 in it.
The real Pontiac version of the Malibu/Chevelle was the Tempest/T37/GT37/Lemans/GTO depending on year.

wait till you get to the Laguna
Kinda like the difference between a Citation and a Cadillac...It's like the difference between a Byscane, Bel Air and Impala.
Chrome bits, interior options and engines....
Kinda like the difference between a Citation and a Cadillac...LOL
Did we ever get the real answer to the question??
Malibu was simply a trim package of the Chevelle. That simple.
