whats the deal with opening day

first off, havent been around much lately. how is everyone?

second, whats the deal with opening day? are they gonna have us play the first game of the season in SF then travel to LA? or are we just opening the season in LA?

They moved opening day up from Fri 4/1 to Thurs 3/31, still in LA. Then we have a goofy off day on 4/1 followed by three more in LA on Sat, Sun, and Mon. Why they didn't just move the whole series up and have an off day on 4/4 I can't fathom. Then we play two in Petco Tue and Wed before returning home for the Banner Raising on 4/8.
