Whats on TV for you this Sunday NFL day...
So for fun before I started to look for alternatives, I compiled a list of games, Networks and the actual channels you could get them on in the Local Phoenix Market (this is with DirecTV). These are it unless you pay for the $360 Sunday Ticket package which I could buy a decent new TV with instead).
What a joke...
List of each of the Games, rough starting time, channel on air, network and the names of the teams.
10pm
5 CBS - Bengals & Steelers
CBS - Titans & Lions
CBS - Ravens & Browns
FOX - Cowboys & Redskins
FOX - Saints & Giants
FOX - 49ers & Panthers
CBS - Dolphins & Patriots
CBS - Chiefs & Texans
1pm
10 FOX - Buccaneers & Cardinals
FOX - Seahawks & Rams
CBS - Jaguars & Chargers
1:25
CBS - Falcons & Raiders
CBS - Colts & Broncos
5:30
12 NBC - Packers vs Vikings
So out of 14 games today, 3 are available on TV. And the NFL and media companies are wonder why people stream this content from other sources?
FOX is a bit of bigger joke, they have their Sunday NFL program before any of the games start, and then instead of putting any of the 3 Fox broadcast games, they instead here at least air a Paid TV Programming (with the title shopping). Really.
