This was my logic here:

A.) Mostly dangerous to players if they don't know what they are doing. Hopefully linesman can break it up before the player gets too broken up.

B.) Potentially life threatening and certainly career threatening implications for not making these improvements.

C.) Damaging to tax payers.

D.) Damaging to IPW's dignity

I chose "B".
