I would add a few things

The defense needs to be better and healthier and Smith needs to not be a game manager IMO

We need the Alex Smith of last season with our less talented playmakers.

we need better coaching when it comes to tackling .

we need more discipline in our schemes and not committing stupid penalties and crucial times

we need better clock management from our HC
