What team are you rooting for in the Finals

I am a Detroit Red Wing fan and we're in the next year mode (anyone have a top rated Defenseman for a fair price). However, hockey lives on ... two great teams in the Stanley Cup Finals (Vancouver and Boston). What teams are you rooting for and why?

I am jumping on the Vancouver bandwagon to bring the Stanley Cup back to Canada. Canada is the greatest hockey country in the world and hasn't had the cup since the 90's. I would to see them win until it comes back to Detroit next year!!

I'm rooting for the Canucks just because they were a favorite team as a kid thanks to my all time fav player Pavel Bure. Oh and the green men.


I am rooting for a good, close series though with some good all around hockey being played.

I'm rooting against Bergeron, Edler, Krejci.

bruins.. recchi gave me and my brother each pucks when we were younger at a pens game (in flyers gear, when he played for the flyers)

plus i think tim thomas is probably top 10 nicest people in the world (based mostly on his post-game interviews).. so he deserves it

Here's the thing - If Vancouver was playing any other team than Boston, I'd be rooting for them. But prior to Calgary getting a team, the Bruins were my favorite (Orr, Espo, Bucyk, Cashman, Cheevers etc.) what a cast of characters.

All the rest of my family are rooting for Vancouver, though.

Hey man, I was rooting for the Flyers last year after they embarrassed us, but do what you want. No grudges will be held. I like most everyone rooting against us. If we win, it'll be that much sweeter.

My opinion, I think your coach should have gone with Bobs and stuck with him. Rotating goalies the way he did isn't healthy for a team. JMO

I had confidence in Boosh, and hated Bob.

But when we had 5 minutes left in Game 4 I was kinda punching myself. We could have at least brought that series a little further, but even with Bob you probably win. Thomas was crazy, and nothing could get by him.

Yeah they do. Lets blame the Islanders, Oilers, Wings, Devils, Canadiens, Avalanche, and penguins. One wasn't enough for those greedy bastards!!!!
