Well he won with Briles guys at UH, then took off and won with sherman's guys. I have no clue if he can develop talent, but losing Manziel, Matthews and Evans is huge.

Not entirely accurate, but I understand the impulse to undermine the HC of a traditional rival. Seems to me that it was only a year ago that a lot of folks were predicting a bad '13 season for the Aggs, since they lost a lot of talent in '12.
