How can I pick just one?

Kwame Harris
Chilo Rachal
Mike Rumph
Taylor Mays
Reggie McGrew
Kentwan Balmer
Jim Druckenmiller
Rashaun Woods
AJ Jenkins

Any of those are interchangeable for the worst draft pick of all time 49er history. I am sure there a few older guys, but say... from the last 20 to 25 years....

I don't blame you I really don't. But you forgot Dexter Carter.:suds:

Yeah Millen was a horrible GM.

I am disturbed by your Celtics fandomness...Patriots and Michigan make sense because of Brady. I do root for the redsox because of an ex...but add in never watching baseball and I always hated the yankees, it was an easy transition.

Roy Williams wasnt a total flop and you were able to get Multiple picks plus a first rounder for him.

I am drunk and forgetting but I have to assume that was to Al Davis, the Cowboys owner....

I will also say that Millen took a lot of shit (especially from me) but when you draft in the top 5 year after year you should really be questioning your coaching and training staff rather than the GM.

Obviously drafting all those WRs do not help your case, but to blame all the incompetence on Millen is making him the sacrificial lamb of everyone's sins.

He kept blaming then firing the coaches Mornhinweg 2001-2002, Mariucci 2003-2005, Jauron 2005, and Marinelli 2006-2008, so that's on him too. Firing coaches after a bad season may appease the mob, but its not going to help the team having to learn a new scheme every other year.

Andre Ware is our biggest non injury bust 7th overall pick 5 starts and 5 TD's with a career 63.5 QB rating

That is a really good point, I forgot about the coaches. I think the biggest sign that an organization is poorly ran is constant coaching changes.

as of right now, for the Panthers, you could say the 2011 draft was a bust. Cam Newton is the only active player left from that draft. We have a WR on IR but everyone else we took that year is gone.

Charles Rogers. #2 overall. He was going to be the next Randy Moss. After his 2nd broken collar bone and about 30-something career catches he decided he'd rather get high than play ball. He still gets his name in the papers around here for some substance or alcohol related incident once in awhile.

Millen was definitely a better player than a front office man, got to admit he had me shaking my head with some moves, but no one has blown #1's better than the Raiders the past 10 years, McClain, Russell, and Gallery standing out, I hope DJ Hayden proves everyone wrong.

Tell me about it, the Raiders have averaged a coach every 1.45 (last time I calculated) years over the past decade, a classic example of how to destroy a team.

While I'm more of a Green Bay Packer fan, I grew up in Tampa. I was exposed to the insane draft moves Tampa made over the years. Drafting Bo Jackson in the first round when he FLAT OUT TOLD the Bucs than under NO CIRCUMSTANCES would he play for us if we picked him...that was probably our worst. But the story I'm about to tell you is a very close second.

The year was 1982. The Bucs had the 17th overall pick in the first round. They were trying to decide between two players Sean Ferrell and Booker Reese. They told their agent at the draft to fill out a card for both of them, and they would make a decision in the last minute. So the time came, and management back in Tampa decided to go with Reese. EXCEPT.....they had a really really shitty landline connection. (No cell phones back then). What management said was,

"We're not drafting Sean Ferrell. We're taking Booker Reese. Turn in the card."

but what the agent in New York heard was:
"...........................Sean Ferrell.................................................Turn in the card"

And thus we drafted the wrong player.

And then things got WORSE.

They didn't have a 2nd round pick, so we traded our 1st round pick for the 1983 draft so we could still get Reese. Both Ferrell and Reese turned out to be busts....and our 1983 pick..could have been used to draft Dan Marino.

That was an epic fail draft.
