What in the holy hell is the LA Rams front office thinking?

I can only think this is to draft Goff since he's been so heavily linked to the Browns at 2. No QB is worth a first round pick this year (much less everything else they gave up - first and third round next year too???), and taking one is a huge gamble. This was a bad trade and the Rams well definitely regret it in a few years. You think they would have learned something after watching, and benefiting from the RG3 trade.

I'm guessing this is a PR move to get lazy-ass Angelenos off their sun-burnt duffs and back into the stadium. Gotta create some buzz for the team

Desperation mode for that front office & HC. If Wentz pans out, they still have jobs when the stadium opens. If he doesn't, they will all be out of jobs like they likely were going to be anyways.

Rams fans are the ones who will suffer if Wentz just turns out to be an average starting QB.

In response to Rams front office saying they're "not certain" what they want to do with the pick they just paid a ransom for. :L

And with the #1 pick, the Rams select Jalen Ramsey...

I think there would be a collective groan heard worldwide if that were to happen.

I think the Rams know who their guy is and it isn't anything but QB, now if the other QB goes #2, then we should see Ramsey playing in Dallas and that sure sounds fine to me...:thumb:

Did they really say that? They're either posturing (for what reason I don't know) or they are really, really dumb.

I'm guessing disinformation? Jeff Fisher might be desperate but he's not dumb.

Probably saving the announcement.

Walterfootball says the Rams have been high on Wentz for months so its 99% him.
