Any draft that lands us Sewell gets my vote. having Penei and Garrett as OTs for the next 8-10 years would set up great continuity for the OL.

I don’t know enough Ossai to comment other than he is young and has potential. Positionallly, I’d prefer a LB or DB - but that’s certainly not a BPA approach which I prefer.

Like it. I have always said in a non top heavy QB draft I feel like Sewell is good enough to go #1.. I like him more then Jake Long or Eric Fisher coming out and they went #1. He is one of the best OT's prospect I have seen in all of my time of being into the draft. Orlando Pace, Tony Boselli, Jon Ogden like to me at the OT spot.

I highlighted Ossai a few weeks back in the draft thread... Guy is just hitting his stride. He has great length and I love his motor and willingness to get better as he develops himself. I think the OKlahoma State game is really what led me to start believing in Ossai as a prospects. It was one of the most impressive D performances of the season to me. He has a lot of upside and is just now hitting his stride in the football world. A great character guy who gives everything he has and is very coachable... The kind of guy you want to invest in. He may not be as ready as some of the edge pass rushers who will go ahead of him but he has as much potential as many of them.

Sewell is like a 10 year starter investment - well worth a top pick.

Can you imagine? Giving Munchak a challenge other than turning chicken poop into chicken soup? I like the versatility of Slater, too.

If the Broncos do not take QB and stay at 9 there are only a few players I would be good with at that pick. Sewell is at the top of that list. Easy to see him being a Pro Bowl talent for the next 15-years here in Denver. Heck works out well that possibly when Bolles' contract is running out then boom pay Sewell.

I also really like Ossai. Not as consistent as I would like, but he has time to grow in Denver. That 2nd round is where I do think the quality of pass rush matches the value. No high end guys this year, but to get a little bit of a project to learn for a year from Von and Chubb sounds just right.

I would honestly give this an A and that is saying a lot. Didn't think I would do that in a non-QB one of these.

Consistency is the only thing that keeps Ossai out of RD 1, IMO... But when he has been at his best he has been terrific. He also started playing football a little later then your average college football player. I feel like he has so much more in him on top of the great flashes we do see.

That Bowl Game where honestly it rivaled what Von showed in the Super Bowl 50 was just something to behold. He had an entire year's worth of highlights in one game.
