Nats should play him at 1B, Espinosa at 2B and now Turner at SS since Zimm is out.
Especiall with Zimm injured against and his career (and hitting) in a tailspin.
Indians are overachieving.
Seriously, I think the White Sox can win the ALC.
Houston isn't much better than the Rangers pythag wise. a 15 run difference in Run Differential.
Astros were -33 in April (going 7-17 that month). They're 41-24 since the end of April with a +63 run differential.
Why y'all got to nerd shit up, guys? Just say "Nats B cuz they SUCK BWAH HAH HAH!" and then go bout ya bidness
And at the start of may over the last year they were like a 74 win team. (May 2015 to May 2016).
They're up and down. Very streaky. in 2015 they basically lived off of one hot month. Maybe they can do the same here. But the rangers also haven't had Darvish basically at all either. Getting him back and jettisoning some of the crap they've been throwing around, that is a nice swing in their favor.
Hey, Hu! Welcome back!
How are the Mets doing now that the rest of the division isn't lying down for them?
Anything can happen, but I think the Indians have a better chance of holding on to the 1st spot than the Orioles, or Rangers. I also think the Dodgers are a better team than the Giants, but it being an even year and all, I'm not going to bet against the Giants.
Giants have too much pitching depth to go into a long slump. Down the stretch, that's a morale plank.
So, the Giants' pitching depth will prevent them from going into a long slump and giving up their 6.5 game lead, but the Indians' pitching depth won't keep them from coughing up a 7.0 game lead to the White Sox?

Geez, homer ... I did not evaluate the indians. I just said they are overachieving. What the fuck? I don't give a fiddler's dick about the Indians. Go worship them on your own damned time.
I don't recall asking you to participate. If you have an intelligent, supportable position as to why the Giants' pitching depth will serve them better than the Indians' pitching depth will serve them, I would sincerely love to hear it. Otherwise, you should quit cunting up the thread.
