Eating healthier the last few weeks since I'm a prediabetical now....at the ripe old age of 53.

Tonight I had a light dinner of Triscuits with guacamole, some cheese sticks, some peanuts and a 20 oz fruit punch Gatorade Zero.

Gonna have some of these Alyssa's healthy oatmeal bites for dessert.

Chicken wings from earlier in the week. I discovered yogurt in the morning fills me up and I'm not hungry at dinner.

Had a late lunch of 4 deviled eggs and a bowl of mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower).

Fruit punch Gatorade Zero.

Worked 13.5 hours today.

Ordered a bomb ass salad from The Cheesecake Factory. Mixed greens, egg, avocado, bacon, chicken and topped it with some Avocado ranch I had in the fridge.....so damn good.....with some rye and sourdough bread.

Spicy black bean patty on whole grain bread with guacamole and mustard.....

Triscuits with some guac and a gatorade fruit punch zero.

Rare 8oz ribeye, mashed taters and brown gravy with spinach.

Starry zero soda.

Bocaccio Rockfish that I caught from my kayak this morning coated in seasoned Panko and air fried with tartar sauce and air fried fries and a salad.

Cheat day yesterday since we were out of town.

Not much for lunch (just coffee for breakfast).....2 Sonic double bacon cheeseburgers and plenty of edibles at the birthday party last night.
