Well at this point it appears Denver really pissed off Nurkic and he is carrying Portland to that 8th seed with the plans to knock Denver out of the playoffs.

He was very talented and the Nuggets knew that, he just had no passion and was very unhappy.

I get trading him. He needed a change of scenery.

Just don't give up a first round pick as the price for unloading him when the player you are returning is less talented. Plumlee is solid, but he isn't exactly the ideal fit either.
