I was looking at his stats. Not bad, I guess. He has maintained a net of about 40 yards at/near sea level for his entire career. Seems like he should be able to do the job and might be above average at altitude.

I think the one big thing I like about this signing is it gives us an ok floor for the room. Bring in a young player to compete with him and if he wins then we will know our punting unit won't be worst in the league but also won't be a huge helper in us winning games. If we find someone better then hopefully we could be set at the position for a few years and it be a net positive for the team.
