It's always something with this Rams team. On MNF the Rams are playing great, outstanding on Defense but we can't do a freaking thing right on Offense to this point except run the ball. Frustrating, No used to this chit have seen it for so long that I just get numb!

When they were lining up the TE in the backfield and having either Stacey or Richardson run it with the TE lead blocking they moved the ball down the field. They could have easily put Harkey or Kendricks back there and just line 'em up and punch it in. But nooooooooo. We have to throw the ball!!!

C'mon people Zac30 was ballin. Bowling ballin! D Rich came in all 190 lbs of him and helped us get to the 2 yardline right? But then what? 190 lb guy tried to punch it in from 2 yards - but wasn't going to work. Seattle (a solid D I might add) knew we needed a TD and they bent, but didn't break. Sure we would have liked to have different plays called and different results after the fact. But if you expect D Rich to punch it in on the Seahawks from 2 yards, you are crazy. We tried to run a bootleg and find Pettis in the corner but just led him a little too much. Sherman was covering Pettis pretty good, but he did get open. D Rich could have cut to the outside instead to the inside on his scamper from their 25 - which might have been a TD.. It goes on and on.

I agree that we seem to forget about the run when in the redzone and we have had red zone problems. But the truth is, without Stacy we were not going to punch it in with 190 lb D Rich inside the 5 yardline. True story.


I was actually impressed. 1) we didn't get blown out and didn't score 1 TD. 2) We ran the ball well or Zac30 ran it well. 3) Clemens actually impressed me with some pocket presence and dancing around in the backfield against a pretty good D. His arm is not good, but it showed me what could be with a QB who is not standing in cement buckets and he bought more time for WR's to actually get open!

Go Rams! And thanks defense for making it a game.

And oh yea... We almost beat the Seawgs w/o Sam Bradford.
