What’s your question mark going into 2016?

The obvious answer is Kirk, nothing effects the team more than the play of their QB. Moving past that I share many of the concerns others have:

ILB You can't have a good defense without very good ILBs. This team needs a Sean Lee type, only one who can stay healthy.

Inside pass rush. It does not appear to exist, QBs will step up into a clean pocket.

Free safety. D Hall is a huge ? His reputation at corner was to be aggressive and go for the pick, that is the exact mentality you don't want in your free safety.

Punt returner. Really surprised Crowder didn't do better last year.

Penalties. Will Jordan Reed finally get it?

My main concern is RT. From everything I have heard and read the guy playing there has been getting beat for sacks and has been repeatedly jumping off sides.
