Spurs these playoffs are 9-1 at home and 2-5 on the road.
The SPURS have done things at home that haven't been seen in the playoff history.
It is almost baffling what they are doing at home and on the road.

No team has ever won 7 consecutive home playoff by 15+ points each time in history.
The scored 119, 116, 114, 118, 104, 122, 112, and 117 in that stretch.

But, somehow everyone just decided to make SERGE IBAKA into the greatest NBA player in history. They simply ignored what San Antonio was doing at home.

On the flipside, they are incredibly bad and utterly useless on the road it seems.
They have lost 3 consecutive road playoff games by lopsided results.
But, once it was all credited to SERGE IBAKA.

It is a very strange playoff run for them.
Game 7 seems like a certainty.

Horns...SA role players play SO much better at home than on the road for some reason...on the road you need that one guy that can create his own shot, or drive and kick, get to the line, etc...and Parker is the only player that has that ability...Leonard flashes it at times, but not consistent.

Ibaka is making a difference, but he's not the realible 3rd scorer OKC needs to win a game in SA...I picked OKC in 7, but I don't see that happening...Spurs vs Heat is going to be the finals.

That's why I'm still worried about them against the Heat. The Heat can actually play on the road, if Wade and Lebron have big games on the road they can beat SA. And Miami is just as good at home, but it will be a hell of a series...again.

The spurs and thunder have the best road records in the Nba this year. You see how well that's worked out for them.

Looks like Russ has been taking "cock shot" lessons from Serge.

The 2 games the Spurs and Heat played each other this season, both teams won by double digits at home (Heat by 12 and Spurs by 24). So I wonder if that will be repeated in the next round as well.

It is fun to project ahead a little bit....

But, I am not taking a breath until the Spurs have won this series.

The Thunder are extremely determined and will be next to impossible to beat in game 6.

This series still is a long way from over.

Kind of want Spurs to win so the team that plays the Heat has rest. Let TD go out on top.

I don't think rest will be an issue for the winner of the west.
The finals isn't until Thursday.

If OKC wins game 6 and 7, they are a young team that will get 2 full days sleeping at home.
If SA wins game 6, they will get 4 days sleeping at home.
If SA wins game 7, they will get 2 full days of total rest....and 3 total days sleeping at home.

Now, if Miami had home-court, then rest would be a big issue, since travelling is a physical drain.

For an old team like the Spurs rest means a lot. They would rather have more days off then not. Thats why I think they need to win tonight

I want to see another Spurs/Heat matchup, but with different results. I hope the Spurs can beat OKC tonight and get ready for the Heat.

I'm hoping someone on OKC's bench will show up and make a basket.

It's asking alot, but I can hope.

I'm just hoping the Spurs remembered to bring their game to Oklahoma tonight.

They tend to leave it at home when they cross the state line.
