Honestly they had no reason to believe that. As intense as the defense and the crowd are on tv just imagine being there. Competing was going to require a shot out of the gate, the Thunder gave them 2 minutes but it didn’t come.

Kerr is a Phil Jackson disciple.

His greatest strengths as a coach are culture building and player management.

He is not known as a great decision maker in game relative to other top coaches.
