I think they are co-MVPs. Westbrook is not doing any better probably worse with out Durant. Durant's game benefit's immensely from Westbrook's, much more so than the other way around but Westbrook probably needs Durant to win more.

I'll take Ibaka over either of them.

They both need the ball and Ibaka gets his team the ball. And prevents opposition 2nd chance points.
