As a Rams fan, I hate him lol. Did nothing for the Rams, but eeked out the game against them when Wentz got hurt. He's a guy that you have to specifically plan your offense around. With the exact right circumstances he can be effective, and even then not proven over a longer stretch of games.

What are the specifics that would turn the pick into a 1st? He plays 70% of the snaps AND the Colts make the playoff or is it OR (meaning just 1 of the 2 has to happen)?

I think he has to play 75% of the snaps, or 70% and they make the playoffs, for the second rounder to turn into a first rounder.

Neither is going to happen, obviously. Wentz is softer than a popsicle on a summer day.
