They are going to point out what they did wrong so they can work on improving for the next game.

I was very impressed with wentz. I think he has real potential. He made a couple of plays today that most rookies, and some young pros, can't. Not looking forward to seeing him twice a year for the next 5 years or so. If he keeps his head on straight and avoids injuries, he should be fine.

Yep me too. Because of their fans the Eagles are the team I have always hated the most. Mara's Giants are now a close 2nd but it will always he Philpy first.

Well said, the difference in the game was the play of the two offensive lines. Maybe I was wrong on Long. He got beat a few times but so does everyone. But he was a stud most of the game , especially on the game clinching Jones run by sealing off the LB.

I still can't believe how we kicked their ass all game. Take away the celebration penalty and one bad decision by Kirk and we won probably 90% of the remaining plays. It would have been typical Redskins to allow them to tie a game they were in control of but our pass rush was just too much. So happy today!

Agree, we completely dominated the Eagles. This is great, we are on a 4 game winning streak. Def has played well the last 2 games however I still have doubts about our D and rightfully so. Carson made a nice pass under intense pressure in the 4th Q on 3rd and long. How did our secondary allow a WR to get behind 2 defenders on that play. But we won and that's what counts.

We should not look ahead, instead let's take one game at a time. The Lions have an explosive off. Hope we can continue to run the ball well. We need more of a balance attack. HAIL

I would not worry much about a WR getting open a few times late in the game. It happens for and against every team in today's NFL. I would also have to be very encouraged about the front seven. Sure they will likely have setbacks later in the season, but it is all part of the growing process. They will no doubt keep improving in that area.

I would relate it to the O line. A few years back this was one of the worst areas of the team. Slowly they have been building this area & now it is probably the strongest area of the team. The same is very possible w/ the defense - you just have to give it a year or two. We will see.

Yeah that play was well covered, just a perfect pass. Not to harp too much on the point but Wentz had zero help, was under pressure all game, and still showed how dangerous he can be. But Good God how is that right tackle even receiving an NFL paycheck? Reminds me of some of the backups Vinny used to cobble together. The announcer actually referred to their receivers as average or maybe slightly below average. If that is an average receiving corp I dare him to find me 15 teams that have a worse group.

What's frustrating is that the obvious move would have been to take the left guard, Allen Barbre, who is traditionally a tackle, and move him back to tackle after Lane Johnson's suspension.

But Pederson kept him at LG because he was playing well there and instead promoted a rookie to start. I hope they rethink that because the schedule for the Eagles is about to get really tough. Vikings, Cowboys, Giants, Seahawks, Falcons are up next.

Also, while our o-line was a big reason for the loss, the highly touted d-line also got owned. No pressure all day and freelancing like crazy against the run instead of maintaining their lanes. That was brutal. Wentz barely even had the ball for the second and third quarters of the game.
