Yu Darvish, at 31 with known elbow issues snagged a 6yr/$126MM ($21MM AAV) contract last season.

Teams are throwing some stupid money around these days.

I would think that Price's best case would be a contract similar to Arrieta. It is possible he could get something like that, which would have him leaving 50 million on the table.
