they did that last saturday nflnetwork said skins won the divison because the other teams where bad and that next year with romo back dallas will be on top and the'giants are always dangerous and the eagles have alot of talent , and skins will fieel what its like to play a playoff team and they have no chance

What I really meant was now that the playoffs were starting. Of course they made the playoffs last weekend, but just curious what this next week will bring.

Ruling or not, I doubt its over. Hopefully though, they'll be talking about in Feb. or whatever month the Super Bowl is played in. Cuz that'll mean the Skins will still be playing.

Found this interesting. I do believe there is a broader base of support for a name change (even amongst skin fans) and that it always increases when the Skins do well and receive more national media coverage.

The recent circuit court decision with the Slants helps the trademark cause and I remain of the opinion that the whole issue is one that should NEVER be in the hands of the government to decide but the issue will remain there to haunt and pester this franchise from now on.

To date, the franchise has often handled the issue with laughable gaffes and PR boneheaded moves. Hope they are smarter moving forward as I will always remain in the court of Keeping the Name.
