on the lower left there are little logos

the check mark one is the rep one that you click and you can approve or disapprove someones post adding or subtracting from their rep.

You can give someone rep by clicking the little check mark box, under their profile. You can also negative rep but nobody really does that. You can give out 5 reps within a 24 our span and you can't give someone multiple reps, without spreading it first. The more rep you have, the more rep someone will gain, when you rep them.

as you can see the numbers get pretty high up

your reps will grow faster than ours did back in the day when no one had high rep.
