I mention - ol Timmy here because the one thing he could do - is get his teammates to aspire to miracle endings. As bad a QB as he was - he got the team believing in miracles -and one right after another - those miracles happened. They weren't the kind of miracles that couldn't be explained away by the laws of physics. It's just that he had a profound emotional effect on players and fans and it produced positive results.
If you transplanted Tebow's heart and competitiveness onto Brock Osweiler -pretty soon you'd have a professional grade QB.
