You are spot on Rambunctious. Every other team in the NFL knows what you just stated about Akers. One of the many reasons the offers for him were subpar and thus rejected by the Rams, is that he is not highly thought of amongst NFL GMs the way say a McCafferty or Hunt are viewed.

But absolutely, the Rams went all-in to win the Snooperbowl last year and hey accomplished their goal but they did so with pending major problems to occur when a ton of their players became FAs this year. They all left because the Rams could not afford them as they have a good chance now of losing OBJ for the same reason.

The other glaring problem that has now been exposed is the fact that the Shit-fer-Brains took an improper, disrespectful, and often cavalier approach to their recent drafts using some off-the-wall strategy that left them with major deficiencies such at the RB and O-line positions.

McShit-fer-Brains should take a lesson from his Grandfather's GM book, who was a wizard at the draft and maybe go back and study the methods of one of the leagues best GM's in NFL history and that was Don Klosterman, past GM of the LA Rams that led to numerous NFC West Division Championships!!

Everyone sees the same thing but McShit-fer-Brains is apparently willfully blind. Why Evans was ever retained on the roster and allowed to play as long as he did is a mystery. And why on earth did McShit-fer-Brains remove RG Aboushi, who was one of the O-line's recent good discoveries (especially in the two recent past games) and replace him with Chandler Brewer when McShit-fer-Brains should have inserted Matt Skura at LG, replacing Evans and left Aboushi to continue on? The same goes for Allen who was nearly as bad as Evans?

If the Rams are making changes, it's obvious what the first one should be

The question remains, why is McVay got his head up his rear regarding the OL?

It’s like he’s not even watching the game or something, because if he was, he would’ve pulled Evans out of the game and played someone else.

And yet, every week, despite the stats and metrics, he continues to start Allen and Evans as if he has no other options.

Henderson was the ONLY back that had any substantial yardage out of the backfield in the Bucs game and he had two big runs where he found the running lane after he cleared the LOS. So why would genius boy make such a stupid remark like that? Dude must go into some sort of mental paralysis during the game.
