I will say in Steelers defense that their was many who believed and still might,that Pittsburgh was /is a legitimate SB contender with Ben at the helm. They certainly have the talent but without their leader their just not as explosive. Without Brady, NE would drop out of Power Rankings and not be considered as worthy opponent in till he came back. Pittsburgh will be back in the talk once Ben settles in.

This true. Pitts is easily a SB contender with Ben at QB. They are loaded offensively.

The Broncos will beat the Packers in convincing fashion.

As for the Patriots - I don't know many teams to start off fast and also finish fast in NFL history - the futures for the Pats this season are down.

What has been a surprise is that the Steelers D has played as well as they have. They were pretty poor the last couple years. Can they sustain their play on that side of the ball? That's a big unanswered question.

I would say there are as few as 5-6 teams with a legit shot to win the Super Bowl. The rest are average to below average.

Offensively I agree. Defensively they looked good.

Loss of Bell will be big for them.

Yes, but DeAngelo Williams has filled in great for him. They will still have a run game at least. He isn't Bell but they will still have an effective run game.

Steelers defense played pretty decent, but neither offense played well. Neither team seemed to want the win. Offenses made way too many mistsakes, poor decision making by both QB's in this game. Both teams had some mental mistakes on D.

Packers were my #2, Denver beat them. Cincy didn't look all that great this week in a winning effort to remain undefeated. Gonna be a tough order to pick this week. Will have to wait until the Panthers game to post as they heavily figure in.

You bet. Yes this D is legit. I said after the bye will be when the team is tested.
Before I said I want to see this D against a good team . They played the same as all year no drop off.
Now I still want to see this D against Brady but now I want this shark attack D rip Brady to shreds.
Last night was a total team domination we have not seen the last 3 years.

The D basically held Rodgers to 3 points. Bruton needs to hit rodgers around the waist and no penalty and no TD.

Can't wait for the next game against Indy.
