You are right Janus. I was being a bit facetious with that post. I hear that kind of stuff has never really gone away in the modern era except for maybe the Cardinals organization sending planes to pick-up and help move the Rams to State Farm Stadium for the Wild Card Game against the Vikes.

That kind of aggrevating behavior is rife throughout pro sports, albeit it is beginning to die in some segments of any given sport.
