I don't want to be mean about people ranking Kent State but didn't Kentucky (who is 1-6 and horrible) beat Kent State 47-14. IMO, that justifies not ranking Kent State.

I feel like they're a completely different team now than they were back then sir

I saw some argue about Northern Illinois jumping spots

it's probably because most were unaware of Northern Illinois having a good season until this past weekend when the Mac started to get noticed thanks to 6 bowl eligible teams and Kent State's upset

If a team does get out of Mac play with only one loss they really should be ranked in the top 15 and given a spot in a BCS bowl.
