per ESPN PFF insider:

Cincinnati Bengals: Jermaine Gresham, TE (-17.4)

At times I feel sorry for Gresham. The team clearly thinks highly of him and it shows by how they use him going one-on-one with defensive ends in the run game. Unfortunately, despite his pedigree as a former first-round pick, he's just not up to it and is our lowest-ranked tight end on the year. Despite their offensive line being among the NFL's best, the Bengals are being weighed down by Gresham, who has been flagged for eight penalties (including one that took back a touchdown), been beaten for 13 tackles for short gains or worse in the run game and has the eighth-worst pass blocking efficiency score of all tight ends. He's fun to watch with the ball in hand, as evidenced by forcing six

I am SHOCKED it's not Andy, judging by some of the comments on here we see....

Just kidding, I kid, I kid...seriously...

I am not surprised at all that Gresham is the worst rated player on the Bengals. His mental mistakes are just as glaring as his physical mistakes. Why Eiffert hasn't broken in ahead of Gresham is a mystery that is only answered by "Marvin".

I would say Gresham is the biggest flaw with this team, and you know I'm not a Dalton fan. I seriously can't even think of a guy more detrimental to his team in the league.

To your comment about Dalton: Dalton is a QB. He get's high praise when the team wins, and is under a microscope when we lose. It's how the league goes.

the team knows, we have Eifert there as evidence. Not that many teams day dream about having 2 pro-bowl caliber tight ends.... Gresham did make the pro bowl right? lol.

2nd year in a row. Not surprising.

Dalton is the weakest due to his bigger impact on the offense, but at their respective POSITIONS, Gresham is easily the worst. And the coaching staff does nothing to try to hide his deficiencies, instead they ask him to do more and more.
