Pretty much agree with everything stated here. I will add that I think it's crazy that if Minnesota wins next week they will have gone 15-2 in a really tough division, have the #1 seed in the NFC and yet still no one really thinks they are all that good. I may just start rooting for them to win this year based on that alone

Add to that their championship drought and they become the easy bandwagon for the playoffs.

We could say the same about Detroit but they've at least won NFL titles pre-Superbowl era.

Makes sense. The surest way to screw up vs the Vikes passing game is to blitz and leave those receivers with single or zone coverage.

They just lost to the Chiefs in the Super Bowl, but that was pre-merger so if you're counting the lions championship

Indeed, I live about an hour from Detroit and some of them are very much as you describe.
