Okay, so let me ask you this: did you enjoy it? Be honest.

I have to give them props for their acting. But Im about as much a fan of love story type movies as my wife is of horror films. So not really.

Kerrigan lines up as a 3 technique at times when in nickel or dime. There is plenty of reason to have 4 OLBs. There are tons of packages based on down, distance and opponent.

All this pales in comparison to the fact that we almost risked not drafting the greatest RT to ever play the position just to draft an average Murphy. For this reason alone, we should trade him for a 4th rounder in 2020. :trash:

You'd have RK and Galette starting and rotating Irvin in first, then Murphy. On passing downs, RK is often used as a five-technique, which means you could have Galette and Irvin on the field all at the same time. We actually do this quite frequently when flexing out of out base Okie defense into a 4-3 look.

My point remains...why would Irvin come here to be a backup and get paid like one?

Because his brand has been badly damaged. Not as much as someone like an Aldon Smith, mind you, but he may not be a backup on a lot of plays. But you've got a point. Maybe that's a deal-breaker for him.

my question is this ? why do i need to get a draft pick for murphy ? why cant i get a proven player ?

2nd question , since when is it a given that a speed guy like gallette is automatically going to come back and be his old self ? he suffered the worst injury you could have for a quick off the ball guy

3rd , what is wrong with cheap , proven depth ?
