I don't remember ever seeing any of the Lakers championship teams miss 15 layups.
Old guys who played in the olden days. Irrelavant to the current discussion about who is the best of this century.

Please explain. I'd say the 2001 Lakers are the best championship team of this century by going 16-1 in the playoffs which included sweeping the Kings and the Spurs. That team was in the middle of its dynasty and were a perfectly balanced team. After that I'd say the 2013 Heat are number 2 given the 27-game winning streak achieved during the regular season. If the Warriors win, they'll have won 67 games, but what else can you attach to their resume that would say their the greatest? This NBA playoffs is wide open where there's no Miami to take down, or Spurs (out the 1st round by the Clips), and no dynasty Lakers.

Were they historically great though? They were takin to game 7 twice

Lakers, Dodgers and Seahawks? Wow, we are on complete opposite ends of the spectrum in all three sports.

 True. Although, I have always kind of liked the Bills. Was really hoping they'd get an SB win when they kept going back year after year. Really wanted to see Kelly and Thurman Thomas get at least 1 ring.

Uh, the Lakers have won 5 championships this century. I don't remember seeing any of those 5 teams miss 15 layups in one game. Heck, I'm not even sure I saw THIS seasons 21 win team miss that many in a game (although I'm pretty sure they came close a couple of times).

I noticed a few things happening last night:
1. When Howard is out, Houston goes up. When Howard is in, Houston goes down.
2. Capela is a really good player for Houston
3. Harden can really turn it on when he starts getting hot. Pretty much impossible to defend when he drives, stops on a dime at the line, and swish.
4. Curry and Klay are unstoppable when they start making threes.
5. GSW does a great job offensive rebound when number 23 is in. Especially at the third and fourth quarter.

If the shots keep falling for Golden State, no one stops them. They win the championship.

The 2001 Lakers would destroy the 2015 Warriors just like they destroyed everyone that postseason. No one could guard Shaq back then.

Considering the layoff for the Warriors going into the last night's game, a bit of rust was expected. I don't see this series going long.

At least you are a Trojan fan. We grew up at home as huge SC football fans because my dad graduated from SC.

Points allowed they were #15th. Diff means nothing because that is based off your offense. Get a clue man.

I go by points against. That's how many points you give up per game. that is Defense.
