This is a DIFFRENT DWIGHT HOWARD suddenly.
He looks like the best player in the league right now dominating on both ends of the court.

Nobody saw that coming....not me...

1) If Good Dwight shows up: Rockets in 6.

2) If Dwight reverts to 5-year petulant childlike Dwight: Warriors in 5.

What if both shows up?

I have it a little different.

Good Dwight = Warriors in 7.

Petulant child Dwight = Warriors in 5, maybe 4.

I cannot stand Dwight like most people when he is being the biggest whiny douche-bag on the planet.....ruining teams...killing coaches...screwing up everything

But, when he plays well, I got to give him credit.

That being said, i would not be surprised if he completely turns back into an idiot.....and the Rockets get embarassed. I remember him quitting on LA and Orlando.

So, it still depends on what Dwight Howard shows up.

Houston doesn't play enough defense to compete with the Warriors.

There were 2 teams who I thought could beat GSW in a series out west. Both were eliminated before getting to play GSW

Didn't the grizzlies play golden state?

They matched-up with GSW better than the other 5 teams out West

As a Warrior fan, the last team I wanted to see GSW face was the Spurs followed by Memphis[/QUOTE]

I certainly agree with this...ESPECIALLY seeing how Memphis matched up physically with them before going down...

I swear that hairy POS better not flail his way to getting Klay in foul trouble.

But I'm definitely looking forward to Klay vs Harden and Bogut vs Howard.

Dwight missed 2 of the 4 games and Terrance Jones did not play in any of the games

Memphis just never had any 3point shooters for the big men to kick it out to and spread the defense.
They are one of the worst 3-point shooting teams in the league, if not the worst.

GSW could collapse a bit and make it slightly harder for Gasol to find room.
The low post advantage Memphis had was muted a bit....since there was no real threat of leaving 3-pt shots open.

If Dwight Howard is truly channeling his inner Akeem Olajuwon again, Houston has a zillion 3 point shooters.
That could get ugly for golden state, the inside out game.

I still have no idea though if Good Dwight bothers to show up.
This is the hardest series of any to predict since it depends on the fickle nature of one indecisive man-child.

Damn shame that after 6 years with Zbo and Gasol, they were never able to surround them with lights out shooters

They had some shooters in 2011, not a ton but definitely fearless guys.

I think that 2011 was memphis' most complete team in the ZBo/Gasol era.

I remember Shane Battier, OJ Mayo, and Grevious Vazquez being guys who seemingly always made the 3 point shot.

Since then, they have never addressed that issue and maybe wasted their window.

Warriors in 5....at most 6
So glad the Clippers got eliminated. Can't stand 'em; all the way down from that ridiculous owner they have who acts like a love-struck teenager on the sidelines to the dirtiest player in the league, Chris Paul. I hope they never win anything. Go Dubs!

different team and dwight missed 2 of the games. Regular season means nothing when a team dealt with injuries in the regular season
