Pretty sure you can't call it coug'n it this game. The official definition is going out of your way to lose a game you had no business losing and on the road at USC most certainly wouldn't count. UW had a classic coug it moment when they lost despite being up 18 in the 4th to them last season. THAT'S coug'n it. Throwing a pick in the red zone is just playing coug football.
