To be truthful, I don’t live on this board but pop in periodically so I’m recognize I’ve probably missed many post. But I have no idea who this crowd is. I’m pretty sure Country is pro Maye, but one person doesn’t make a crowd. And I know you are pro Daniels. The vast majority of posters recognize that we just aren’t in a position to due a true evaluation and have placed faith that Peter’s is doing his due diligence and will make the right pick. I know I’m in that camp.

Surely one poster isn’t driving anyone away, especially when you have the ignore feature on this forum. You know how to use that feature, right?

That makes sense.
I have taken a step back myself recently as noted by a few posters and will be on break.

I am pro daniels but will be pro whoever once the pick is made. I don't believe any of these qbs sux or should be off the board because I personally don't like them. I think there is a lot of talent in this qb class. I could be wrong.

I have my bias but i don't claim my opinion is fact. I will absolutely state I am pro daniels at this point but my opinion is not fact and could be wrong of course. The problem is we have several posters who won't admit they are wrong and believe they are experts.

One poster is not driving anyone away. The constant trolling and attacks do...or that is what I have been told.

Again, the main culprits are seldom called out, but people who have been here forever and get along with everyone are. That is what is very strange to me and upside down.

Man, i thought we all got on each others nerves and then eventually kiss and make up.
Just me personally, because its a forum where we text, I've misunderstood the intent of messages or sometimes have been spot on, but at the end of the day...it seems we all want the same thing. To hit on a QB at 2 or hit on a trade down with a qb.
We all have a favorite, and may use something someone else posted to say why that qb is our favorite. They have an agenda, the twitter guys lol. But i will say if someone is intentionally posting things with ill intent even regarding our options at qb, that is beyond childish and I see why duke is irritated

Saying daniels sux, should be off the board and that he will be a bust is bashing. I completely disagree. Saying someone sux and will be a bust before they throw a pass is bashing and you know that.

Again, I have brought up 2 concerns about maye and you dismissed them or asked for additional research to validate it. You take daniels concerns as the gospel with no push back at all. Show me where I have said maye sux or is a bust? Me a hypocrite...that's a stretch and lame.

So are all interceptions equal? If you have not evaluated the interceptions, how can you know how bad they were? At what point in the game were they thrown, what was the down and distance, did the WR run the wrong route? These are just a few of the variables regarding interceptions. I never once claimed there were not questions regarding Maye.

I know your interception concerns…in which I need more information. You cannot provide the information to properly evaluate the interceptions so your concern is unfounded. That doesn’t mean it is not a concern for you but that there is no substance behind it except you don’t like interceptions.

Daniel’s concerns are indisputable. His arm strength is not close to Maye or Williams, and apparently not even to JJ. Then there is Daniel’s size and health. Daniels is extremely thin…unquestionable. He has bursitis on his throwing elbow. Not being a doctor, and suffering from bursitis myself and knowing there is pain involved, I can only assume Daniels elbow is at least a question, Now neither concern proves he won’t be good or the best in this group, but they are concerns. I never claimed you said Maye would suck.

In post 871, you stated, “My concerns with daniels are his propensity to run through a defense and best everyone in a foot race and how he was a late bloomer in college. It is also concerning that he really only beat a few elite teams in college.” It is hypocritical that you can make these claims and have it not be “bashing,” but others can bring up these same concerns and we are bashing him.

I am the first one who brought up Daniels…it was right after he was dominating Alabama. I was and am a fan actually. I just have Maye over him. At 2, I would go Maye, Daniels, JJ, then Williams.

I have had plenty of discussions with Dean…get over it and have fun.

There are a few youtube video breakdowns of some his interceptions. I just watched a brief one and it showed several ints where the video creator said maye panicked and made a catastrophic mistake. The 5 ints I saw in the film were not good to say the least. I do not believe maye sux or is a bad prospect, however, to me, the sample size I saw indicated he panics under pressure, has foot work problems, and has picket presence issues. This is my opinion so it is what it is.

I'll just say one last thing on this too. I'm all in for JJ. I like his tape, he's fresh off a national championship where he wasn't asked to do a lot, but still had to make plays. Even though i want him to be the pick, I'll be just as happy if its Jayden or Maye. I think even those who have Daniels as their least favorite, will support once the draft ends

I am not interested in trolling or the constant agenda posting. It's childish and not needed. It's my opinion and that of others. I disagree with Dean 100% of the time but have encouraged him to post his opinion. I have said several times that just because you have the right to do something doesn't make it right.

I am not a troll and I don't think anyone here would state that. I have taken several breaks from here and left in order to keep the peace. You are entitled to your opinion. I have said several times that if people want me gone...I am happy to bounce. I have been asked once to leave and did take a break as requested.

Sportster didn't challenge me to a fight. I was the one he hunted down on the cowboys board and he brought it here.

Chiller is very misunderstood. My personal opinion, he is one of the nicest guys here who would much rather laugh at current events, TV shows, movies, or the sports world in general. That is what I gather. I highly doubt he enjoys arguing non stop about this team or players. Just my observation. He would much rather discuss the team and laugh at our rivals than fight other posters.

Arguing with sportster has nothing to do with his service or age. I can't speak for chiller, but I will probably disagree with sportster 99% of the time. There is nothing wrong with that. Likewise, he can disagree with me 99% of the time as well.
I attempt to leave him and a few others alone here. I need to do better and stay in my own lane. I admit that.

I agree..who cares if someone thinks a qb sux. Well, if it's mentioned 5 times a day and irritates good posters, yes, I do care. Especially when anyone posts an opposing view, they get jumped. Especially when these are good posters who should be here. That is my view only as they have to make their own choices.

If it is the will of the board and I am indeed a troll, let me know and I will deactivate my account. I am not here to disrupt discussions or cause chaos here. If I am or have, then I will freely leave.
