What cut of meat do you go with, would chuck roast work?

Chuck roast is fine. I let mine slow cook 6-7 hours. You don't really taste the beer just the French onion/beef au just.

Great on croissant, ciabatta roll, brioche, whatever.

I do turn it a few times if I'm cooking a big one, just to make sure I'm getting both sides but not critical.

Down side: house smells so yummy, it's hard to wait.

Penn St will never get over the hump with James Franklin IMO, they are going to lose to elite teams every time. They’ve had years to beat Ohio St/Michigan and rarely do it. If the Nittany Lions want to contend for a national title, they need to move on from James Franklin.

Miami/FSU tied at 10 starting the second half, good game, this would be the biggest win for Miami in ages if they pulled it off. But I doubt they will, they always come up short.
