Make no mistake this is a lightly veiled version of Grudens last stand. If Wade comes in and brings in his guys he will become in effect Head Coach-Defense. I'm not sure that Gruden will be comfortable working under such a set-up. He is more likely to hire someone else. Some of the suggestions here are intriguing.
