I was one of 'em. Burfict seemed like trouble to me, but he's been a great pickup for the Bengals.

And I think everyone would agree 40 times aren't everything.

I don't know that he's fantastic. He was a fantastic pick for an UDFA though. Great pickup if he can stay out of trouble.

He didn't fall because of his 40 time. he fell because of all kinds of questions about his character and a senior season that was significantly worse than his junior year. It isn't as if he was a first rounder then ran a slow 40 and fell out of the draft.
