So with Taylor gone, where does VT go next? Is Patrick Osterhage still on the board....doesn't look like he picked up a single offer since VT offered back in June. Maybe the coaches do nothing since Alston Smith and Teller have already filled OL spots.

I have been following recruiting since I went to Tech back in 2003. To this day I still do not understand the minds of some of these young kids. If I were a player (4 to 5 star) I would want to go to a team that I know I have a good chance of starting from year one or two. So many kids go to these powerhouse teams and waste 3-4 years on the bench with one year to prove themselves for the nfl. Why wouldnt you want to go to a team and be THE guy instead of being just another guy. But as we have shown over the past many years of losing highly rated recruits, they dont amount to much elsewhere most of the time.

I do want to add that I completely understand situations like Brady Taylor. Staying home and living close to family and friends is hard to pass up. Its the other 4-5 stars of abundance that go to teams like Alabama and FSU that confuses me.

No. Cequan likely won't make it in. Fisher already did and is fine. Don't know on DJ. I also think unless TG leaves, Harrison is ours.
