Half way through the season JC Coleman has played in 5 games, had 101 rushing attempts for 894 yards and 12 TD. That is 8.9 ypc

I know we are not recruiting him but Sam Wright (Cave Spring HS in Roanoke) may break Mike Hamlar and Tiki Barber's records this year, that is saying something. I used to watch Hamlar a lot when I was younger at Cave Spring.

I find it hard to believe the Bama is in the lead for Kirven when he attends every Hokie home game. You'd think he would almost feel at home in Blacksburg by now.

I think that a lot of pressure was put on him at first about going to VT because of LT and ZM, and I think some of that attention may have pushed him away more than welcome him in. He has family ties to VT and of course he is friends with LT and ZM, but sometimes you want to be your own person and not go where everyone expects you to go. I have a feeling he ends up at Bama but that is just me, he could very well come to VT, but I think if he does it may not be because of football...
