In actuality, I have heard glowing reviews on this kid on and off the field and I think I have my finger on the recruiting pulse in Virginia pretty well. He got drunk and acted dumb. Who amongst us hasn't t done that. It's still funny though.

He could change his mind at any time if he didn't want to go to UVa, being as he has not signed an LOI yet.

Yup. Lots of these recruits probably haven't ever experienced an atmosphere like they run into on these trips. Everything's about catering to them and I could see how one could get carried away but, like you said, it's the host's job to make sure everything goes smoothly for everyone involved.
