Pretty steep price, imo, though the seahawks 1st doesn't come up until #25. A couple of the mocks I saw have the vikes taking Datone Jones, DE from UCLA.

Steep price? Hardly. There's likely no one in the 1st round that can contribute to a team right away the way Harvin can. I'll gladly pay that price if I'm Seattle.

Wildturkey is right. Harvin can play so many roles and has an amazing skill set. The Vikings are going to struggle to replace him and they have to find a way to get that done. Their WR corps was average with him and now they are just bad.

AP can carry a team, as he showed this season, but eventually they will run that horse to death without anything substantial to show for it.

they'd be best served trading out of that spot and drafting 2 WR's in the 2nd.
