I'm up, and golfed a round already today.

Sounds nice. I've hit golf ball at a golfing range before but I've never actually played for real. You any good?

Hell no, hehe. I suck, but it's a blast.

My inlaws have a place in the summer on a little 9 hole course. It's only about 15 minutes from us, so I go there a lot. Sometimes I'll shoot 3 rounds a day there, of course that's only 27 holes.

Yeah it was cold, about 40 degrees.
But it was my first round of the season, so I really wanted to go. lol

I hear ya. When you like to do something, weather won't slow you down. I love fishing and I've been out there when it was snowing and raining. I was out there one time when we had a tornado warning, which probably wasn't the best idea.

For sure. The only thing, when it's cold out your muscles are tight so you need to stretch a bit.
I like to fish too. But that's something I don't do nearly enough, need to work on that.

Whats the latest on the Vikings stadium? Have they got it fixed or are they just thinking about starting over?

They'll fix the dome's roof for this season.
They still are bickering about building a new one, the Vikes say they will not renew the lease at the dome without a new stadium in the works.
So if they start a new stadium and it won't be ready for 2012, they'll renew the lease for that season only.

They need a new place though. The Dome sucks, and the tailgating situation there sucks too.
They have a site picked out that would allow for a big parking lot at the stadium. That would be ideall.

If they build a new one, would you prefer outdoors, like the Minnesota Golden Gophers new stadium or stay indoors?

I like it indoors, but I'd be ok with outdoors too.
The Vikes want outdoors. Or I should say, they only want to pay for outdoors.
If the state wants to put a roof on so they can use it for concerts, Monster Jams and such, they would have to pay the extra cost.

I think a retractable roof would be nice. Kind of like what the Texans and Dallas have.

That would be perfect for everyone for sure. Nobody wants to pay the 200 milion extra for it though.
