Labor optimism has spread throughout the NFL this Friday. Lions linebacker Zack Follett says he’s gearing up to return to work.

“Just received word it would be the 25th of July we would be able to report back if a deal got done . . . Pending approval by all parties,” Follett wrote via Twitter.

just a matter of time. i think at the most, we will just miss the 1st week of preseason but I don't watch that anyway.

I was thinking I was going to have to gear up for college football.
Although we have a new coach. I don't expect much the first year.
