absolutely. Woke up Thursday morning, the sump pump quit working during the night. Spent the day cleaning up water and changing a pump. I've had chills since then.

we are working on tickets now ... stillerz has contacts in the hotel business .. so thats taken care of

That's one of the benefits of building in the sand, never had a pump in our sump baskets.
